Rambus Acquires Northwest Logic,
Extending Leadership in Interface IP
On August 27th, we announced the successful completion of our acquisition of Northwest Logic. This acquisition brings together Northwest Logic’s design expertise in digital controller IP with our high-speed physical IP expertise to create a one-stop-shop for chip designers. We welcome the Northwest Logic team to Rambus and are excited about the solutions we will create together for our customers.
