The Service allows an end user (“end user” or “you”) to use an Android device to read the smart tickets from an ITSO smart card by holding it to the back of an NFC-enabled Android device.

Google Advertising ID
When an end user downloads our mobile application to an Android device, we may automatically record the Google Advertising ID for analytics purposes. The Google Advertising ID is an anonymous identifier, provided by Google Play services. If a device has an Advertising ID, Ecebs may collect and use the data solely for analytical purposes.
Anonymous information
The anonymous information we collect (i.e. information that does not enable identification of individual persons) includes technical information transmitted by the end user’s device.
End users
We do not collect any personal data from end users.
How do we use this personal data?
We collect the personal data in order to:
- provide the Service to end users;
- perform research, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes;
- respond to inquiries, feedback and support request and questions;
- prevent illegal activities, suspected fraud and potential threats to our Service;
- analyse the characteristics of our end users at an aggregated level and end user utilization of our Service in order to understand end user and market needs, to improve our existing Services, to design new Services and for business development;
- to resolve disputes and enforce Ecebs’ policies.

An end user can opt out of the Google Advertising ID at any time within Google Play apps to prevent their data from being collected.

Our Service may contain links to other websites or mobile applications. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites or mobile applications. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data processed in connection with the use of our Service.
